If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and don’t have a ZALORA account, please create a ZALORA account to track your order.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.

Once you've logged in to your ZALORA account, click on "Orders".
Order details of your latest order will be displayed with item level order statuses.
Scroll further down to view the list of your older orders. Click on each order to expand for tracking details.
Log in to your ZALORA account and click "Track My Orders".
Find your order number and it will display the item level order statuses.
If your package has been shipped, you may click on "Track Package" for details on the whereabouts of your parcel.
