Want to return an item for exchange or refunds but not sure how long it will take? Fear not, we've compiled the different timings below!
TIME FRAME FOR RETURN ITEMS TO REACH ZALORA WAREHOUSE
After dropping off your return item at any Pos Laju, it might take up to 2 - 5 working days for it to arrive at our warehouse, according to Pos Laju. We advise tracking your returns via Pos Laju e-tracker.
Once you drop off your parcel at a CollectCo centre, it might take up to 3 - 5 working days for your return parcel to reach our warehouse, according to CollectCo. We advise tracking your returns via CollectCo e-tracker.
Once your parcel has been collected, it might take 2 - 7 working days for it to arrive at our warehouse, according to JiFee Technologies (in collaboration with SF Express). We advise tracking your returns via SF Express e-tracker.
Upon arrival of your return item at our warehouse, our Quality Check team will take 1 - 2 working days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Your new exchange item will be delivered within the same delivery time frame as previously listed in your order, once we receive your return parcel back at our warehouse. We will be sending you email notifications for each step in the process. Do keep a look out for it!

Using the table below, see when you would receive your refund after your return item has been processed by our warehouse (or if you have cancelled your items online).
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Store Credit if 30 days have passed from the refund date. Moreover, any refunded store credit that is used on a new order, can only be refunded as store credit - even if a different refund method is selected. N
